Sony VAIO X
Instead to surprise the audience at the IFA 2009 fair (4 - 9 September, Berlin) with an amazing product, Sony has chosen to disclose two days before ultra portable VAIO X, of 11.1 inches.
Little champion has some impressive qualities to be hunted by those with substantial budgets: carbon fiber chassis, while measuring under 0.5″ in thickness and weighs only 680 grams, battery “all-day-life” with an autonomy of up to 12 o”clock and aluminum keyboard.
The configuration is not known yet but is rumored that Sony will opt for an Atom processor or, more likely, an Intel CULV (SU2300, SU2700).
The price is rumored that will be under $ 2000, but do not imagine that he would depart too far from this barrier - perhaps the basic configuration of Sony’’s VAIO X will cost about $ 1800.
